Now this Ford GT40 is a very special animal. One of only 31 built for the street and one of only seven sent to Shelby America for retail!
Apparently this was a daily use car in its early days until Robert Ash, a specialist GT40 restoration expert, bought it in 1984. It then had a complete overhaul from the exhaust system through to original hoses and wiring!
Its current owner has had it since 1991 and had its 400+hp V8 rebuilt and retained its original red livery with black leather interior.
Its a lovely car I'm sure you'll agree.
