Yes, Fourdot number plates are legal number plates and compliant to BS AU 145d. Please view our Legal page for more info.

Fourdot do not make solid yellow reflective number plates. However, we do make solid colour plates as well as graphical ones.

Unfortunately Fourdot number plates only adhere to the British Standard and we haven’t looked into moving abroad just yet. That’s not to say we won’t at a later date.

At the moment Fourdot number plates come as a pair, but this may be an option in the near future. If you would just to purchase a single plate, please contact us.

Documentation

Before we can release any number plates you must provide a Proof of Entitlement and Proof of Identity. These can be scanned and uploaded on our website, emailed or the originals sent in the post.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including some e-wallets. PayPal should be a feature coming soon.

Refunds are available until the Fourdot number plates are processed into our manufacturing system, Due to our product being made to order we cannot refund you once it has been processed.

We use a well established courier service for deliveries. All shipping costs are included within the standard pricing.

The tracking details of your item will be included in your confirmation email, which can then be entered on the courier’s website.

If your Fourdot number plates are damaged during transit, keep your plates in the original packaging and contact Fourdot customer support team on 020 8387 1560. They will instruct you on how to return your Fourdot plates and organise another pair to be sent ASAP.

PlateCreator™

Unfortunately Fourdot number plates are not available for all cars at the present time. However, we are continuously updating our database so please check back regularly or sign up to our email notification system. We will let you know once we have Fourdot plates available for your vehicle.

Not having your car on the PlateCreator™ isn’t all bad. If you are the adventurous type we can book a scanning session with you and your vehicle. We can visit you at your home or you can attend a scanning session at our premises in Borehamwood. To see if we can accommodate a scan please email us.

We’ve got you covered; our bespoke number plate service will allow you to let your imagination run wild. We would love to hear your ideas so contact us for more information.

Misc

Inside your packaging there will be extra strength, weather resistant double sided adhesive acrylic tape. We recommend that you take your time and follow the templates and instructions provided.

Our Solo plates come with a bolt we’ve designed to both ease the process of attaching the plate but also remove the need to drill or screw the plate onto anything. Simply put the bolt on your motorcycle and then attach the plate using the adhesive strips.

Our adhesive acrylic tape has been fully tested and will not cause any damage to your car or its paint finish. We do stress not to rush applying or removing our plates.

No! We are totally against the drilling of vehicles and registration plates, the adhesive tape supplied will be more than enough to keep it on your vehicle. Using another method to affix your plates will void your warranty.

Yes, all Affinity Plates come with a conditional warranty. This can be found within our Terms and Conditions.

Choosing your fixings

Fitting your Fourdot Number Plates Can Be completed in 3 simple steps.

1. Remove your old plates.

2. Clean the area thoroughly with warm soapy water, dry and then finish with the alcohol wipes provided.

3. Remove the film from the adhesive strips on the back of your plates and place it on your vehicle. Press firmly over your plates multiple times to ensure there is solid contact with the vehicle.
